Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made on attn.health.

ATTN is a physical dietary supplement product. Due to health and safety considerations, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, consumers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned unopened, with the original seal intact, and in its original condition. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

To request a return, please contact us via our contact page or at orders@attn.health. When contacting us, simply provide the name and email address used for the order and briefly explain the request. If the return is eligible, we will provide further instructions.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Original outbound shipping costs paid by us are not charged again and will not be deducted from the refund. Once the returned product is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Refunds are not available for products that have been opened, used, or returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements described above.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
